Pitiful and Disgusting

Me and my sister went online and ordered a plant from Watson's in West Helena for a funeral, using my sister's name and credit card although it is a gift from several people. They didn't have the plant in stock. My sister delivered them the plants from Home Depot with the agreement that the shop would refund for the plants. The shop wanted to put the plants into a peanut container, which was not to our liking. My sister had them keep the plants in the Home Depot container and had the florists dress them up. They added a bow. My sister wrote the cards for the plants, not the florist. I called asking for a refund because my sister was too stressed out from the funeral and dealing with the flowers that she didnt want to deal with the refund process. The florist would not talk to me and would not refund the money for the Home Depot plants or for the original order. They hung up on me on the phone and refused to talk to me because my name was not on the credit card that was used to pay for the order. I consider this florist to be rude and unprofessional. Considering this order was for a funeral, I would have expected more sympathy and cooperation from a florist who has been in business for 50 years. I am disappointed that they were so inconsiderate and selfish without regard to feelings of the deceased family members.
